The Challenge

OAVT is Canada’s largest educational conference for Registered Veterinary Technicians, a must-attend event for veterinary healthcare professionals.  The goal was to capture NVA Canada's values while creating a fun interactive experience that attracted students/new hires.

Creating an unforgettable experience for visitors remained our top priority throughout the design process. Every detail, ranging from the tablecloth layout design to the positioning of graphics on the wall banners and selection of customer swag package designs, underwent meticulous curation to guarantee an engaging and immersive experience. Attention to every small detail was our focus, resulting in an entertaining interactive experience that made a lasting impression.
